Good but needs work.

The place was okay and the customer service was good. It's family-owned. The body towels were super rough on the skin and the breakfast was just starch (bagels, cereal). It's close to a lot of food places (mostly burgers and booze) but it's on a busy strip. The neighborhood is nice though. The bed was good.

We got a non smoking room that smelled like it has been smoked in for the last year, there were crusty stains on the blankets on both beds and the bathroom has hair in the sink and the toilet . We literally left a day before we were supposed to because it was so bad. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had sleeping in the head

Had a one night stay at the property. Staff was polite and room was clean.

I didn’t like it when I went in the room it was cold because no heat was on. Then I noticed the blankets and sheets were old and burnt. I left out the room and someone had been in the room and they did nothing about it and I wanted to cancel but I wouldn’t get my money back

The locks on the doors didn’t open in the first unit and the second one wasn’t safe. The bath area had mold.
