the room smeled very humid and I don't think the room was cleaned (trash in the bin, dirty towels,...)

Not enough towels, washcloths or hand towels. Pillows, mattresses, bed linen were very old. Staff was nice and breakfast was very good.

Air conditioner and refrigerator were noisy. Had to unplug frig.

the elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor we rearranged some of our clothing so we only had 1 suitcase and a duffel bag to carry up the stairs The desk clerk was very apologetic and did carry the suitcase up to our room for us and gave us a coupon for Texas Roadhouse for a free appetizer when we asked her for a place to eat This was appreciated for the inconvenience of not having the elevator We arrived at 6:30 pm and did not want to drive around looking for another hotel The HOT breakfast was very good room was very clean and large and comfy
