Musty odor in hallways. Comfortable bed. Needs upgrading. Nice people at front desk!
Would stay again as single traveler.

Almost everything was broken (pool, laundry, microwave, toilet).

Disappointed after long days drive

The locaton was not the greatest and breakfast was not served until7:00 which was not good when you need to get back on the road early ,would not stay there again

The front desk lady was rude and unprofessional. I was traveling from sc to ca and after driving for 15 hours my dog and I were done for the done and booked a pet friendly hotel, when we arrived the lady asked me to cancel my reservation because according to her she didn’t have any pet friendly rooms, then she called someone and that person told her they have a few rooms available so she gave me a nasty one, she tried to say my dog was not clean and put us in a smoking room, worst experience ever, I will never stay in this hotel chain again. Oh I was forgetting to mention they charged me almost $30 for my pet when a pet fee was never mention on the website.

Chose the property just because of them having a pool and it was closed. Front desk was rude and refused to cancel my booking or refund me. Was not helpful. Did not even stay there

Stains on bedding, coffee pot kept on bathroom counter next to the toilet, floor was sticky. Breakfast included was only cereal or honey buns.
