Très bon accueil, hôtel bien central, par contre quelques cafards traînent.
Attention : beaucoup de gens ne parlent pas anglais dans l'hôtel (mais c'est commun à Almaty)

Pretty underwhelming stay. Staff is generally indifferent. Not the friendliest place. Request to address issues like broken hair dryer were taken but then simply ignored. Soap and shampoo dispensers weren't filled. Breakfast is ok with limited selections, 7am weekdays and 8am on weekends is a little late if you have early plans.

Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere in Almaty
