Hôtel tout neuf et confortable

Cet hôtel est tout neuf, ouvert uniquement en mai 2018. Il est bien situé au centre d'Almaty. L'accueil est chaleureux. L'hôtel est joli, meublé moderne. Les chambres sont relativement grandes, confortables et calmes, notamment celles à droite en sortant de l'ascenseur au fond du couloir à gauche. De ces chambres une belle vue sur les montagnes enneigées! Le bar (sans alcool) et le spa sont compris au prix de la chambre! Le spa est vraiment agréable avec des douches différentes, sauna turque et finlandais...le petit déjeuner n'est pas cher (environ 11 € sur place), reste assez banal, mais copieux. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent.

Macht alles einen neuen Eindruck. Nachteile waren lediglich: kaum noch Wasserdruck wenn man wirklich warm duschen möchte, Klimaanlage war im März bei 22 grad draußen nicht anzuschalten was im Zimmer 28 grad mit sich brachte, Bar in der Lobby unverhältnismäßig teuer für das preislevel in der Stadt, Beispiel 1 lokal Bier 7,90 EUR

Avoid. Not 4-star. Not 9.0 rating.

I cannot understand how this hotel gets a 9.0 rating. Please be aware that the Wi-Fi is terrible. You can just about download files but streaming or video calls are nearly impossible. Couple that with the fact that there was no signal on the TV for the entirety of my five-night stay, and this doesn’t spell out 4-star hotel to me. The towels are tiny, the hotel has just one corkscrew that apparently disappeared so they were unable to provide one and the breakfast is distinctly average. There are better hotels in Almaty for the same price or cheaper. Honestly, please avoid.
