This Hotel is not a bad hotel, but it is not the best hotel either. Customer service can be better as well.

It was bad. The staff at the reception lie all the time, the gym and the pool you have to pay full price for, we were not told that before. The rooms are very old. Dont recommend this Hotel.

messed up booking

i booked a king sized bed but the room i got was a twin-bedded room. but housekeeping came to join the beds together. the phone did not work at first. there were no plug points in the room except for near the bed head board. strange. we (yes, me included!) had to move the sofa to use the hidden plug point. liquid soap at the sink smells awful

My 2nd time staying here. the description of this hotel has the word "upscale". it is not upscale. The lady at the reception (with curly hair) is great, always with a smile and friendly. Breakfast was the same food both times i stayed here. the fried rice was very delicious but the others were just average. the rooms are very old fashioned and dated. broken tiles, stains, toilet not thoroughly scrubbed and shower head that didn't work properly. the liquid soap at the sink smells horrible. i had to use my own soap.
