Unhelpful staff Breakfast was very mediocre coffee machine was dispensing cold coffee and the staff had no idea how to increase the temperature the room was too hot with no temperature control no coffee or tea in the room . Even 3 star hotels have a little tea service with a kettle

The location was very convenient, the condition not the best and a bit old already. The breakfast was a good value for the money.

Need to really work on their service skills.

The hotel service was not at all upto the mark. Staff at reception needs to work on their English language. Before coming to the hotel we checked with them for early checkin and checkout. The staff confirmed there won’t be any additional charges for the same, however, on the last day they did everything to make it tough on us. We decided to extend the stay by one day and were told certain amount to be paid on the second day of the stay and it was paid. Upon coming back from tour in late evening we were told you need to pay extra because staff made some mistake and told us wrong tariff for the extra night in addition to early check in charges. Ayat got involved on last day (good in English) and helped us to resolve the finances and came up with in between amount. But the drama from staff that their salaries will be cut, they will need to pay for error, plus weak communication skills was a disaster. Even after agreeing it was their mistake they threatened us to be thrown out of hotel (at 11 pm after our tour) if not paid was too much to take in. We got a decent room with an excellent view, but sink was getting clogged, tap in shower area were not working forcing to take shower in bath tub. Jet spray wasn’t working. Rooms were not cleaned till asked to be done. Breakfast options were very limited esp for Vegetarians, too much meat in early morning. Overall would never advise to stay at this hotel when you have other better options.

The hotel is good. The lobby is elegant. The room is also ok. The bathroom had a bad smell. And the shower gel and shampoo surprised me with their jelly-like consistency. It was not convenient for me to shake it out from a jar. Breakfast variety is good. But the restaurant was quite stuffy. Surprised that the bar is closed in the evening. The spa was also disappointing. The sunbeds are not very comfortable, the sauna is scalding. The good is pool, nice and big.
