الموقع ممتاز على بعد امتار من مول Esentai وستار بكس وهناك كافيهات ومطاعم راقية وممتازة والغرف نظيفة جدا والطاقم معاملتهم ممتازة وشرحين والكل يحاول يساعد

Great hotel, with incredible view

Nice hotel. Most rooms are with an incredible view.
Breakfast was varied.

inconvenient location away from the city, chose as looked close"er" to Shymbulak but not much difference at the end of the day.
Concierge gave us wrong information on several occasions, room cleaning needed reminding.
