40m2 studio located on the 1 floor of the house with a terrace of 15m2 sea view. Parking is in front. The house is 4km between Almeria and Aguadulce in a quiet urbanization inhabited primarily by Spaniards. It is necessary to have a car to move. The apartment is well laid out, practical and comfortable with an integrated kitchen, a room dug in the rock. A sofa bed is in the living room and allows you to watch TV. The bathroom consists of a toilet, a piece of furniture and a shower. Upon entry, you can store your belongings in a large closet that continues with a desk. A laundry area is located directly opposite.
On the terrace overlooking the sea, there is a sofa bed to enjoy the outside and a garden for coffee. The parking is just down the house, in front.
