The tranquility of staying in a small village with all amenities nearby, no crowds, no problems with traffic or parking.

We live 50 mts from the apartment by that attention to the host and the delivery of the keys is very good

Highly recommend, lovely quite area and very friendly locals.
The property is in a nice location and its only a short walk to get fresh bread, coffee or a meal in the morning, the locals are very friendly and helpful. Gandia is only a 10min drive and we even walked to it one evening through the small roads with our dogs. The host was extremely helpful and the property has a nice outside balcony too where you can sit and have a drink in the evening

Cela fait la 5ème fois que nous logeons chez Juan. Nous y sommes toujours bien accueillis et le logement dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour y passer un séjour sans soucis et continuer à découvrir cette région. Una estancia muy agradable
El piso está muy limpio, todo ordenado, con todo tipo de detalle. Se aparca gracias N facilidad. El pueblo está muy tranquilo y cerca de las playas de Piles y Guardamar de la Safor ( unos 6 kms). Os las recomiendo por sus aguas transparente y fácil de acceso y poca gente. La estancia ha sido muy bien. El acompañamiento, recibimiento y trato de Joan y Rosa han sido excellente. Gracias por vuestras recomendaciones durante la estancia.

Prima en schoon appartement
Dhr Carcia een zeer goede verhuurder. Staat met alles klaar om te helpen bij wat je vraagt. Het appartement is zéér compleet en er ontbreekt letterlijk niets en zeer schoon!! Rustig gelegen met alles op auto afstand. Als je hiervoor kiest moet je wel rekening houden dat er geen uitzicht is vanaf het terras.

Séjour très Agréable
Nous gardons un merveilleux souvenir de notre Séjour à Almoines. Petit bourg tres tranquille. Les belles plages de Piles sont à 10 minutes en voiture. Le propriétaire, Joan, est d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Il vous conseille sur tout et vous donne des adresses insolites. Il est très disponible. Bonnes vacances aux futurs occupants du logement 😊😊

Ideal para descansar.
Ha sido la primera vez que nos alojábamos en una vivienda de alquiler una semana, y además con nuestro perro. Y creo que difícilmente encontraré otro lugar que tenga tantos detalles. No le faltaba de nada, te sentías como en tu casa. Joan, el propietario, nos hizo muy fácil la estancia, te con las recomendaciones que nos dio, para comer, tomar algo, tiendas, visitar playas... Siempre abierto a facilitar la información que le pidieses. Almoines es un lugar para descansar, sin problemas de aparcamiento, ni ruidos. Para descansar, mayormente. Eso sí, el coche es necesario, pero vamos, que hemos estado muy a gusto. Si volvemos por la zona, nos alojaremos de nuevo allí. Cómo recomendación, visitad si podéis lo que llaman La Vía Verde, un paseo muy agradable por la zona de Villalonga.

Todo perfecto...Imposible de valorar
No hay palabras ni puntuación con la que se pueda valorar lo excelente que esta el piso en todos los sentidos, limpieza, ubicación, accesibilidad, menaje, camas en condiciones y demás comodidades. No le hace falta nada, Joan lo pone todo como para sentirte en tu propia casa. Muy amable y fluida la comunicación con el, muy pendiente de todo. Como te dije esta tarde Joan, muchas gracias por brindarnos tal hospitalidad. Con seguridad repetiremos.

Wir sind das zweite Mal hier, weil uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause: alles, was man braucht, ist da (Badehandtücher, Strandsitz, Küchenutensilien inclusive Zucker Salz, Kaffee, Öl , Waschmittel und Putzmittel). Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, hilft, erklärt.Man bekommt bei der Anreise Flasche Wein und Wasser geschenkt. WiFi ist sehr schnell, die Terrasse ist groß....alles , um sich wohlzufühlen . Das einzige Manko: es ist abgelegen, man braucht für alles Auto.

Schöne Wohnung, sauber, große Terrasse, alles Notwendige unm sich bequem zu fühlen
Schöne große 3 Zimmer Wohnung mit großer Terrasse und super eingerichteter Küche ( mit allen Geräten, Öl, Salz, Kaffee etc) und 2 Bädern. Wifi ist super schnell, moderner Fernseher mit YouTube . Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wichtig zu wissen : ohne Auto kann man in Almoines nicht viel machen, für alles braucht man ein Auto : zum Strand 10 Minuten, Supermärkte auch 10 Minuten mit dem Auto ....Das muss berücksichtigt werden. Sonst alles super mit nettem und freundlichem Hausbesitzer. Wir würden gerne wieder zurück kommen. Muchas gracias por todos a Joan y saludos cordiales Alexandra, Jesús y Tim

Apartamento muy bien cuidado y con todo tipo de detalles. De lo único que te tienes que preocupar es de llevar la maleta. En la entrada al mismo, Joan el dueño, te recibe con un detalle de bienvenida y te proporciona todo tipo de información sobre la zona y lugares recomendables. En el apartamento dispones de productos de aseo, limpieza, menaje, ropa de cama, toallas, sombrillas y toallas para la playa, así como juegos para los niños. También dispones de Internet. Muy recomendable. Estancia muy satisfactoria.

un séjour parfait
Que voici un bel appartement, très bien équipé, pour 4 personnes rien à demander de plus. Un centre commercial, un carrefour pour vos courses ne sont pas loin et ceci sans être dans le centre de la ville, non, vous êtes à la périphérie et c'est plus tôt calme. Vous voulez aller à la plage, pas de problèmes vous trouverez de petites plages bien calmes fréquentées par des espagnols ou d'autres avec des touristes anglais, russes, allemands... plus comment dire, bruyantes. Vous voulez visiter la région, Valence, Alicante... le tout n'est pas loin et l'autoroute vous y emmène facilement. Ah oui j'allais oublier le senior Garcia, toujours là pour vous aider, une plage calme, un bon resto pour une paella, un endroit à visiter, connectez vous sur "Whatsapp" et il vous donne le bon truc. A recommander de toute urgence. Monsieur Garcia, quand vous voulez nous revenons. A bientôt et merci

Trés bonne location rapport qualité / prix 5 étoiles
Appartement très bien entretenu, fonctionnel et confortable. Monsieur Garcia dont l'accueil est remarquable se tient à l'écoute de ses locataires tout au long du séjour et intervient au besoin et sur appel (ne pas hésiter car cela lui permet de veiller à votre satisfaction et de faire le nécessaire si besoin avant l'arrivée des locataires suivants). Location dans immeuble très calme avec sur le toit une terrasse offrant un panorama rare sur toute la plaine de la montagne à la mer . Nous y faisions du sport le soir avant de rejoindre la terrasse de l'appartement pour diner. Le matin, nous partions à vélo de l'appartement jusqu'à Gandia centre (charmante ville) en longeant le rio depuis Almoines , (chemin de cailloux et coulée verte) puis allions toujours en vélo jusqu'à Gandia plage (la playa can est particulièrement belle) ou à la piscine (celle à côté de l'église aux deux clochers bleus est magnifique). A noter la piscine de Villalonga surplombant la vallée. Cette location est stratégique pour découvrir la Costa Blanca car elle est située au centre entre Valence à Alicante. Découverte de Valence en vélo (coulée verte parcourant la ville, cité des sciences...) et un arrière pays encore sauvage que vous pouvez rejoindre rapidement en prenant l'autoroute gratuit de l'Oleria (découverte de chutes d'eaux et de villes comme Xativa). Monsieur Garcia a mis à notre disposition dès notre arrivée toutes les brochures utiles. La démesure (Benidorme etc...) existe dans cette région et à chacun de se faire chercheur pour trouver son bonheur (Guadalest par exemple). Retour le soir au calme dans l'appartement (belle cuisine, deux douches toilettes, et un salon calme pour la lecture, études, et télévision). A la fin du séjour, un agent d'entretien assure le lavage après votre départ. Pour finir, ajoutons le fait de pouvoir garer son véhicule facilement et devant l'immeuble en toute sécurité. En conclusions le rapport qualité/ prix est excellent. Merci pour votre confiance également en fin de séjour en nous demandant simplement de laisser les clefs sur le meuble et de claquer la porte. Loueur discret, au service et bienveillant qui laisse totalement le locataire à ses vacances. Bravo Monsieur Garcia, oui nous conseillons votre location et serions prêts à revenir au début de ce séjour. Famille Sempéré

Apartamento en zona tranquila, pero muy cercana a playas
El apartamento está muy bien equipado, con un montón de detalles. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y con muchos detalles, como una botella de agua en el frigorífico, gel y champú en los baños, estropajo y productos de limpieza, e incluso sombrilla para la playa. Incluso mi marido se clavó una astilla en la playa, y en el apartamento había aguja e hilos. Hemos estado muy a gusto y desde luego si volvemos por la zona, iremos al mismo apartamento.

Wir kommen wieder! Unvergessliche Zeit in Gandia
Joan ist ein überaus engagierter, freundlicher und zu jeder Zeit verfügbarer Gastgeber. Wir haben schon viele Ferienwohnungen besucht, jedoch hat sich keiner so viel Mühe gegeben wie er. Wir kamen etwas früher wie vereinbart an und er war 2-5 Minuten nach meiner Whats App Nachricht sofort an der Wohnung. Er begrüßte uns und zeigte uns die überaus hübsche, geräumige und sehr saubere Wohnung. Für spanische Verhältnisse waren wir extrem überrascht, da alles wie neu renoviert scheint. Joan gab uns gleich die wichtigsten Infos, wo wir was erhalten und finden. Sogar eine Liste mit Empfehlungen für Restaurants in der Nähe sowie alle Infos zu den Hundestränden in der Nähe hatte er parat. Zudem bat er uns gleich an, dass man sich egal wo man gerade ist, gerne bei ihm melden kann, wenn man eine Empfehlung oder einen Tipp braucht. Der Ort der Wohnung ist ein süßer, einheimischer Ort. Kostenlose Parkplätze rund um die Wohnung sind auch verfügbar. Extra für Hundeliebhaber: Gandia hat den schönsten Hundestrand, den wir je gesehen haben. Weißer Sandstrand, sauber mit kristllklaren Wasser. Für nicht Hundebesitzer: Die anderen Strände sind natürlich auch wunderschön und die Wohnung ist so sauber, dass man nicht mal sieht, ob jemals schon ein Hund in der Wohnung war. Ich hoffe wir haben nichts vergessen und freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Urlaub in Joan's Unterkunft.

Casa muy amplia con todo lujo de detalles, limpieza excepcional , nos recibieron con una botella de vino!!! ideal para perretes, cerca teníamos paya can y otras playas para tu mascota, recomiendo al 100% este apartamento.
