Publié le 19 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayPatrick was so fast at responding to all our needs and allowed us to check in early. Place was beautiful and so much fun for the family. The kids loved this place. It was 20 mins from polar express train!

Owner was very helpful with any of our needs, responding very quickly and doing anything he could to ensure things went smooth and our visit was good.
Would definitely stay here again! Likely that we will again next year if we can make the trip happen.

Publié le 18 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayAbsolutely great experience as we headed up in a group of 12 to raft with the NOC and explore all the activities around Bryson City. We had to reach out to the home owner 2x because of issues on our side and he was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. Kitchen was great, kids loved the hot tub and one of our best mountain shots came right from the back porch. Our only regret was we didn’t pack marshmallows to hit the fire pit before drizzle the rest of the trip cancelled that for us. Absolutely lovely space!

Long weekend vacation with friends

Publié le 23 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe house was just like described. Very spacious, the kitchen was well supplied:plenty of dishes, glasses, plates, etc for our party of twelve.
The kids loved the downstairs. They really enjoyed the gameroom. The lower deck was great to use in the evening. Our location was great for all the activities we did. We we would definitely stay there again.
Great communication with the owner. Thank you for a great stay!

Publié le 8 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayBeautiful location. Beautiful house. Enjoyed overall but downstairs ac doesn’t work so those sleeping downstairs didn’t sleep very well 2/5 bedrooms. Otherwise great.
