Tout était parfait sauf la literie sinon nickel

Bel appartement bord de mer
Publié le 31 mars 2018 sur HomeAwayAppartement en très bon état général, fonctionnel, coquet et très bien équipé situé dans un immeuble calme et très bien entretenu en première ligne de plage. WIFI parfaite et literie très correcte.
A noter cependant que l'appartement ne mesure pas 90 m2 mais plutôt 70 m2 maximum, qu'il ne dispose pas de climatisation et que le coût du chauffage ( par radiateurs d'appoint)
peut ne pas être négligeable les mois d'hiver compte tenu de la non-isolation des grandes
baies vitrées.

Perfect location
Publié le 25 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe could not have asked for a better apartment for our vacation! The location was easily accessible by walking to beaches, Old Town, the Castle, parks, dining and grocery shopping. The apartment was well stocked, clean and comfortable. We would love to stay again!

Publié le 17 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayEs war alles in Ordnung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Objekt hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Bei Joana möchte ich mich auch noch für die problemlose Abwicklung bedanken. Auch das Gebäude, in dem die Wohnung ist, ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.

It's location is perfect to explore all 3 beaches of Almunecar, and also close enough to the town centre & old town to walk and explore all around the town. The apartment had everything required for a stay and a great balcony for watching the sun set. Well worth a visit. I'm sure we'll be back there again some time.

Great value apartment
