Great big house

This is a large farmhouse that can host a big group. It is very comfortable and well maintained. We enjoyed the property but be aware that it is part of a group of houses, so you have neighbours next door... This is not a major issue and made up by the great views. Perhaps one suggestion would be to add a BBQ grill, and a new frying pan... The location is great and the town of Anwick a gem to visit. We really enjoyed Nothumberland!

Grand, spacious property in a beautiful setting

Our family had a good break at the property. The house has everything you need and it's situated in a great location.

Glorious setting, tranquil, well maintained property. Spacious home, well equipped, dog friendly.

Great base for exploring the area, beautiful views, nice and warm with log burner lit (in November).

solid old farmhouse with outstanding views

Six of our family stayed for a week at overthwarts farmhouse and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very well equipped, the beds were extremely comfortable.The only downside was the lack of Wi-Fi which frustrated the younger members of the party, but didn't really bother the oldies. We explored a lot of the local area and were blessed with good weather-no rain! We would certainly recommend the location to our friends, and would hope to return sometime
