The property is certainly quirky, and not quite what we expected, but not in a bad way, just different. Food was excellent, and the portions are ginormous. staff are all lovely, and wonderful to talk to. Absolutely love the local accent, could listen for hours. No complaints at all.

Just back from a wonderful stay in Alnwick at The Dirty Bottles. Our room was stunning, cosy and comfortable, the bar was lovely, the food was fantastic, and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Thanks everyone, we’ll definitely be back.

Quite simply the best place we have ever stayed at. Conveniently positioned in Alnwick with the largest plushest room I have stayed. Food magnificent for its pricing. Staff superb. I cannot fault a single part of our stay.

Historic, comfortable pub with great food

Lovely and comfortable
Publié le 25 juill. 2024 sur HotelsStayed here for 1 night to break up a journey. We didnt arrive until late and the staff were very busy with the dinner service but were kind and helpful. Showed us to our room. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, you had to preorder the night before but lots of choice. Staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the bondgate room, very nicely decorated and comfortable. Only downside I would say that it was very hot and there was no blanket available as an alternative to a full winter quilt.
