Worst reservation ever made. Somehow we ended up a noncancellable room. We all got sick with Covid before we left. These thieves stole our money. Will never ever do business with a Ramada or Travelocity again.

This was a great location next door to the large University of Michigan Hospital in Alpena.

Was charged a extra day for incidentials and wasn't disclosed to me from the hotel staff and found a huge bug in my room had ask them to come and get it out and was told they don't have anyone available to come and take care of it I understand bugs happen but when you ask someone to come and address it they should and not make excuses.

As for your incidentals card being charged an extra day, you stayed 2 night. You were charged for 2 nights. I did not find any discrepancies in you bill.Safe travels

Room was booked in Aug for king bed but room had 1 double bed/ when we called to the office staff said they did not have king beds and no other rooms were available/ was told because we booked with 3rd party there was nothing they could do and not Ramadas fault/ se call 3rd party/ called Expedia so nothing could be done/ next day asked for late check out due to too small bed and I was in pain/ said wanted to leave at 12:30 told no only until noon/ since my husband would not be back until 1pm called Ramada told nothing they could do even though I am a Ramada member didn’t book thru them/ Expedia no help either/ will never stay with any Ramada or use Expedia again./ trip was for our 50th anniversary;/ cancelled other Ramada stay and Expedia stay for rest of trip!!!
