Everything was clean and taken care of. The pool and hot tub were good. A good overall experience.

I purposely booked the Murphy bed room which is the party room. It came with a 12 foot table but no chairs. When I asked the front desk for chairs I was told they could not provide chairs. The heat was on full blast and would not cool off. The only nice workers there was the breakfast line.

The magnetic door handles that read the cards were garbage. Had to have the cleaning ladies or maintenance guy let us in on numerous occasions, because the reader wouldn't read my cards. The counter lady was rude as hell. She continuously said it was my fault that the cards were demagnitized because I was obviously putting them next to a magnet. So on the 3rd try we had her hold the card and take it to the room to show us what we were doing wrong and abbra cadabbra the card didn't work again when we got there because it was demagnitized again. But after walking back around to the counter she began to explain how it was my fault that it didn't work again.

I moved the night stand and found a bunch of big crumbs on the floor. Unbelievable!!!
