Nous avons séjourné une dizaine de jours dans cet appartement, sobrement meublé mais avec un goût parfait et idéalement situé pour visiter la ville. MERCI ! A recommander

The place was lovely but there is NO PARKING!!!!

The place was lovely but there was NO PARKING, even though they said there was. The ad said "so leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking". They told us that we could park on any side street, no charge. We got a PARKING TICKET, the owner said don't pay it, that nobody outside of Italy pays it. The rental company will charge our credit charge as soon as they receive it, plus a additional fee.

Dawna and her husband are very difficult guests. Managing their stay was very difficult. Here are the reasons: 1) They arrived 4 hours late compared to the scheduled time, without even warning. We tried calling them many times but they weren't reachable. 2) When they arrived they arrogantly demanded a parking space. I told them that, being a house in an ancient historical centre, there are no private parking spaces. So you can find free parking in the area. Despite this, the person who handled the check in helped them find a parking space and they didn't even thank them. 3) When they left, they left the apartment very dirty, with towels stained with blood and faeces. 4) They didn't respect the house rules as they entered closed areas with a gate and climbed over it. 5) They have not respected the regional regulation for the use of heating, as they have regulated the temperature of the radiator above 25 degrees. Although we did everything to assist and help them with the utmost kindness and availability, they turned out to be unwelcome people.
