Poor communication. No English speaking people at the front desk. Incompetent to comprehend. Had to request a hair dryer. Didn’t understand. Used a neighboring guests hair dryer.

I requested a king room and ended up with 2 double beds but was charged more for 2 beds. There was no hairdryer in the room and no chair at the desk. Very dissastisfied.

This hotel’s staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and had a decent variety. The room was clean & spacious although the mattress had a dip in the middle making it a challenge to get out of bed. The bathroom light fixture didn’t work & a lamp was placed in the bathroom for light however it would go off & on sporadically. It is a great no frills hotel that was convenient to my nieces wedding venue.
