Notre hôte Clara est une femme charmante. Magnifique petit déjeuner. Beaucoup de belles décorations , vaisselles Hermès magnifique. Une adresse à ne pas manqué si vous allez à Boquete.

Unfortunately we normally close during Carneval as we do not want to cater to guests that are all night partying etc. This year we made an exception and with regret we had to deal with unfortunate events. The windows were taped with a heavy tape that while taking the tape off took also with it the paint. We had to renovate the windows and as a thank you we received this review even so we had to cater specially to this guest. Well lesson learned!

Claudia is an excellent host and her property is an ode to European charm within a private oasis. The room we stayed in boasted high quality bedding and an excellent walk in shower.
Upon request, Claudia will prepare a private breakfast that will rival any high end hotel.
I highly recommend this boutique hotel.
Looking forward to revisiting soon.

Thank you for your feedback. It is unfortunate that we are sometimes treated poorly despite our efforts to provide the best service, especially coming from guests of my own home country.During this challenging time in Panama, with limited food and gasoline availability and roadblocks throughout the country, we went out of our way to accommodate the guests. We allowed them to change their booking arrival and departure date twice, provided them with complimentary breakfast, and even upgraded them to a room that would have cost 55 USD more per day. Additionally, we assisted them with hard-to-find tours and recommendations and arranged for a driver who waited for 17 hours in line at a gas station to secure 20 USD worth of gasoline. We also offered wine and coffee on the day of departure, though it seems these gestures were not noteworthy.However, we know that this is an isolated incident and not reflective of our track record and feedback in the past.It is disheartening to feel punished by a guest who took advantage of both us and the challenging situation here in Panama. While we understand the difficulties everyone here is facing, we regret that our efforts did not meet their expectations. It is with regret that we acknowledge that guests like this, we don't miss and don't want to welcome in the future.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Claudia’s hospitality is so warm and exceptional. Very nice facility in a beautiful botanical garden. I want to go there again.

Dearest Rommel, thank you for your feedback. You gave us the first review in our history of our Resort that was less than Excellent and we would love to know what we did maybe wrong with your stay. If you look at our feedback ratings it was always the highest. At Expedia they have 10 points as the highest which we received from all of our guest coming directly from Expedia and if coming from HOTELES they give 5,0 points as the highest and therefore we received from all guests coming from HOTELES 5.0 points which translates to Excellence. We value your opinion very much so maybe you made a mistake or you thought that we were not performing to our optimum, please let us know. Again thank you very much for being our guest.

Upon arrival we met our host Claudia, she & Jorge got us settled into our beautiful room, then we toured the gardens & visited the animals & birds, a lovely peaceful setting, hard to believe so close to town, the morning coffee & breads were delightful, we enjoyed many conversations with Claudia & she was an outstanding host, property is gated, you can enjoy fine dining, facilities were great, a wonderful stay & the best company, highly recommend
