Betsy was wonderful! She went above and beyond. She was helpful and friendly. She helped us figure out the shower and when my husband forgot his breathing machine she assured him that she would keep it safe until my son could pick it up.

Just average, room had a slight odor and some of the fixtures needed repair, and the lamp shade was dirty.

The ratings for this Comfort Inn were a 7 and above. But this was not my experience. After booking so late I was unable to change.
As I went up to the room I became stuck in the elevator for a number of minutes. I yelled for help, I picked up the phone to call, and also hit the alarm button with no response. I also tried to go back down to the first floor. I could hear the elevator trying to open. After about 4 minutes or so they opened . Since I am not a fan of elevators this was stressful and traumatic.
The first room smelled weird. There was a spider on the wall.
The young man gave me a second room after everything and said it was the best. It most resembled the picture on Expedia. It didn’t smell as weird as the first but and I to stay since I could not change the booking time. The sheets and pillowcases had stains on them. I bought sheets to sleep on top. There was debris on the floor. When I tried to turn on the heat. It was about 50 degrees or so. It smelled like it was going to catch fire. I turned it off and slept cold.
Finally the morning I was to leave the toilet over flowed. Initially I thought it was the water running long as it did the night before but when I went to go look. There was water on the floor. I called down stairs with the room phone that had so much static. I had to repeat a couple of times. When the desk person came up. He couldn’t find the mop so he brought a towels to cheap clean up the overflow of toilet water.
