Room and common areas werr clean. Hotel was very quiet as it is set back from the road. Patio is veey nice. The brrakfast was enjoed by all.

As I already told the hotel, everything was fine until I wanted to check out and was ignored by the clerk who was talking on the phone for ten minutes and would not deal with the customer standing right in front of her. If Bonvoy was working, I would have used it to check out, but it wasn't, leaving me to the mercy of an ill-trained desk clerk. I slapped my key on the desk and left. I still don't think she gets the message, and since I didn't receive a reply from management, I don't think they care.

Our favorite Fairfield Inn between the east coast of Massachusetts and Columbus Ohio BY FAR! Clean, modern, comfortable, BRIGHT fitness room, which is unusual, cordial staff.

3 day stay. On day 2 requested a change of towels only 3 separate times and it never happened. The next day we left the DND placard off the door figuring they would come in and clean the room and then change the towels. They did not. When checking out the next day they eventually refunded the cheapest of the three days as compensation.
