Pas de petit déj et rien autour ... extérieur laissé à l'abandon! Pas de frigo alors qu'il devait y en avoir un! Le micro ondes ne fonctionnait pas! Accueil froid et distant! Je ne conseille pas!

This place is need of serious repair. Check in is average. This place needs to be at least clean if you offer this to public. Not sure how a place so dirty can exist in a post COVID world This needs to be held to some kind of acceptable standards and I think I should be refunded all the money it cost to sit in a chair and not be able to sleep..No other hotel was available thanks to Penn State game . STAY AWAY FROM THIS NASTY PLACE . Unless filth and disgust don't bother.GROSS

Sorry Mr.John you did not like our facility but you reserve the room for Sunday and you tried to check in 1 night early and you asked for smoking room and we provided. you are upset because you had to pay more money i understand no one likes to pay more. But from our end we improving our facility every day to provide better service to our guest. Thank You.

What a shame to spend $150 s night and not even have soap in your bathroom. This place was a dump. My grandson would not even use the bedsheets.

Very Sorry Patti you was not quiet satisfied with your stay. i know you tried to cancel your reservation over the phone at last moment and because of 24 hour prior cancellation policy you had no choice than stay that's why you post bad review. because of Penn state game room price was high for soap and bed sheet you could approach front desk instead. they would solve it in a minute. next time ask hotel staff to provide what you want so you can get better sleep and enjoy your stay. THANK YOU

Hello Heather, sorry Heather you were not happy with your stay in our motel. we are changing all pictures in all rooms. unfortunately you got the room where picture was not replaced by our staff and made you upset. but we are fixing that. sorry again.

The room was comfortable and the host was friendly. With some minor upkeep the hotel would have rated higher. A restaurant was advertised but was not open and appeared to have been closed for a while.

Our brief stay was comfortable and the room was fine. Breakfast was minimal - there was literally 1 piece of bread out and a few packets of pastries. The yummy looking Welch's grape juice in the fridge had mold in it. The coffee was watery. Should advertise NO breakfast.

Hello Susan,thank you so much for your positive feed back. sorry you was not happy with breakfast. if you ask front desk person. bread could be refilled right away. there was black stain not the mold. we keep everything fresh. and now we added waffle maker in breakfast last week. THANKS AGAIN
