The motel is actually quite nice, and my room was up to date. The room was on the small side, yet, the furnishings made it feel comparable to other hotels in this price range. Alturas is a city in transition, and some of the area near the hotel seemed a little sketchy -- but there's not much that a motel could be expected to do about that. All things considered, it met my expectations.

The room was extremely small and the floors were dirty, only one bath towel and one bath mat in the room , no wash cloth or hand towels in the room.

This place was filthy, I seriously considered sleeping in my vehicle, the dressers had food and rapers from previous tenants, Everey corner was dirty. The towels were stained. The mattress’s were terrible. It was very apparent the the photos on the web site were quite a few years old. It would be hard to give this place a one star. It need some serious cleaning and repainting.

It is a place to sleep. Thats about it. Old and run down.
