Nice stay, good amenities and staff
Publié le 9 avr. 2018 sur HotelsI enjoyed my one night stay at this hotel. The staff is welcoming, breakfast is very nice (waffles!!). I really appreciated the amenities in the room. Restaurants are 5 min walk with some nice possibilities.
The only negative point is the noise insulation between rooms, I could hear everything from my neighbors.

So sorry your neighbors were louder than you'd hoped but next time a quick call down to the Front Desk is all that's needed to gain assistance in passing on a reminder to use inside voices. :) We wish you well and hope to see you again next time you're out our way!

Our car broke down outside Alturas and luckily Super 8 had some rooms. Jimmy at the front desk was accommodating and let us hang out in the breakfast room the next day to wait for our ride home back to Reno.

I did not like it not having a laundry room when Expedia listed as having one.

Very convenient for my travel. Only complaint— breakfast choices are the worst Continental breakfast I have experienced anywhere! Only 1 cereal available/other was empty - 2 bland breads for toasting- NO PROTEIN except yogurt. The coffee in the ROOM was better tasting than in breakfast area. Fruit was decent

We frequently stay at Super 8 when traveling to Alturas. I like the place but don’t think the web site should say it includes breakfast. Breakfast choices are white/wheat bread with a toaster, yogurt, two dry cereals and some very questionable apples. Always that way. I think they’d be better off not to say anything! Hotel a block away includes that plus breakfast sandwiches, biscuits and gravy, milk and juice and fresh looking fruit.
