Excellent property , well maintained , very helpful staff . Excellent food . It’s nestled within a coffee estate. Beautiful. Highly recommend this place !! Pros : has all outdoor games , snooker , foose ball . Cons : has no Wi-Fi , no TV inside room , it is in a common hall . Go to enjoy a Wi-Fi free vacation . They do not let you wear outside slippers inside the home stay , the roof design though amazing has minor leaks in edges during monsoon . So please make sure to take home slippers for elderly.

Property was well furnished & stylishly decorated. But the staff with whom we were interacting was very unhelpful. We were asked to remove our footwear before we enter the house for dining. It was very uncomfortable to walk on cold floors in winter. We asked for sweet Pongal and cauliflower & potato parathas as it was our Pongal festival. We were informed rather crudely that u can have either potato or cauliflower Paratha n not both. We give only 2 items. It’s our rule! We requested for hand towels/napkins and bath mats for shower area, in our bathrooms and we were told it’s not provided. The drain of the shower area in the bathroom was clogged n water was all over the bathroom when we had bath. The Aircon and lights stopped working in the night-soon after we went to sleep and electricity was only restored in the morning. No backup! So we found the property service to be very rigid n inflexible. Plus the facilities are nothing to write home about. They are poor to say the least. A warped carrom board is kept for guests use. For the price we paid, it’s most certainly a sad property. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The caretaker was confused as to the category of the room we had booked. He claimed that Expedia has wrong listing on the room category and tried to pass off a lower category room to us.

Great place to UNLOCK!

It was an amazing experience. Excellent location right in the midst of Coffee estate. Entire staff was courteous. Spacious Room and clean. Scrumptious food was served! Also, indoor activities were good. Thanks to Mr. Ponnanna and Chef Shankar.
