The staff was wonderful; very accommodating & helpful. The hotel itself was probably the cleanest I've ever stayed in. A couple things: the drain in the bathtub was slow as molasses but probably just needs to be snaked. The breakfast was very nice but the coffee machine needs to be adjusted so that the coffee comes out stronger. I watched it add water as the cup was filling & it made the coffee very weak. Other than those two things it was a good value & I would stay there again.

Worst experience EVER! As a grandma recently in cancer remission I came to town to visit my daughter and granchildren. The kids wanted to sleep over with me and swim in the pool for a little bit. I had paid for a king-sized room-the largest option. As the kids came in-the clerk-B R A X T O N statedthey were not allowed to be there, could not swim or stay overnight-that it was against policy and against the law. He refused to provide stated pilicy and was beyond rude. I adked to speak to the manager on call-LilyChristian-she also was unreasonable telling me my grandkids could not visit me at the hotel. Clerk went on to say if i wanted to pay for a second room the KIDS could sleep over! Meanwhile a set of grandparents with their 2 grandchildren were in and out of the pool area and were staying in one room (i asked). Clerk was a power-tripping jerk who told me to leave the property. I was shaking i was so upset and just wanted to spend quality time with my grandkids. I told him i was not leaving until i got a refund and this went around and around with the manager-who instructed B-clerk to refund the extra taxes they charged on top of the Expedia charges-and told me "you contact Expedia that's your problem". I stayed in the hotel lobby while contacting an Expedia rep to tell them the situation and ask for a refund or credit-just as long as this crappy place did not receive payment for treating me horribly and telling me to leave the propertyDON'T Book here!!
