hôtel parfait pour aller visiter la Nasa. Accueil sympathique, chambres propres et confortables, restaurants aux alentours en voiture, piscine.Tout était parfait.

This hotel was the worst I've ever experienced. Upon entering the room, we found dead roaches scattered on the floor. As we inspected further, we discovered there was no cold water, the toilet wouldn't flush properly, and we had to request a plunger. The shower was covered in mold, and the towels had unsightly brown stains. When we approached the management, they treated us as if we were overreacting and refused to refund us or address our concerns. Additionally, the breakfast provided had moldy bagels. I wouldn't let my family use the bedding, and I even had to purchase roach spray to avoid roaches crawling on us during the night. Unfortunately, this was the only hotel available in the area during our stay, so we had no choice but to endure this terrible experience. Avoid this place at all costs.

We are very sorry that your stay was not up to your standards. However you showed me a picture of one dead roach you did not mention what you thought to mold or the brown stain on the towels. For all that we are truly sorry. But I did offer to change you rooms but you elected to stay in that room. I understand that you didn't like our pet fees and you ask to have a refund on the second day. Unfortunately we can not give a refund on an internet generated reservation. As I stated you needed to contact whoever you used as a travel agent to get that done. Once again we are very sorry you were not happy. Jerry from Americas Best Value Inn of Alvin

Keep your shoes on.

The customer service was amazing, but the room was something to be talked about. Bathroom had black mold on the ceiling that was bearly covered up with white paint. Room always had a musky smell. Had to put the free coffee filters in the ac vent to freshen up the room. If you walked on the carpet with just your socks they got very dirty. When I would come to room in the afternoon the complete walkway smelt of marijuana. YUK.

Staff was very helpful, the room was clean, did not smell of cigarettes. Did not see any bugs. Good value for the money.
