Visited family and location was perfect. Room was big, plenty of storage, bathroom and shower was good.
Room was hot though and the ac wasn’t brilliant but they provided a fan. They also offered us to change rooms which we didn’t want to do.
Good choice of breakfast items
Lovely wine shop attached with good prices
Nice bar area
Staff very helpful and friendly xxx

E’ una a palazzina fra altre palazzine. Se vi aspettate la villa fra le vigne non è così. Colazione ok

So glad, you enjoyed the spacious guest room as well as the Winzer buffet breakfast. I'm sorry you weren't completely excited about your stay at our hotel. My team and I want everyone to enjoy the "Weinhotel Kaisergarten", but sometimes can not meet the expectations of all guests. Just for a better understanding for other Expedia users and new guests, not every wine hotel is located IN(!!) the vineyards. It is also clearly described in all information - not only here at Expedia - that the Weinhotel Kaisergarten is a city hotel in the downtown Alzey. In this respect, it cannot be a "villa in the vineyards". As a family of winegrowers, our origins lie in wine and our vineyards of the Biegler & Brand estate are located outside the town of Alzey. This tradition of winegrowing inspired us to give the hotel the name "Weinhotel Kaisergarten". You may know it differently from Italy, where so-called „wine hotels or wine resorts“ are often located relatively close to or in the vineyards.
