When I order and pay for 2 queen beds, I expect to get precisely what I ordered and paid. Unfortunately, we got one twin bed. This may be a Expidia or resort issue!

Hi Ilana,Thank you for your feedback. There does seem to be some confusion. The unit you reserved was a West Studio Queen. This is a Studio in our West Building that has 1 Queen bed. There is also a Full size sleeper sofa if needed in the unit, which is explained online. This is the unit type you reserved so this was the unit type you received. Did you accidentally reserve the wrong unit type? We do have a variety of other units on property, including even some Two Bedroom Suites that can accommodate as many as 3 beds (1 Queen and 2 Twins) along with a Full size sleeper sofa, sleeping a maximum occupancy of 6 people (that includes children).Should you wish to reserve with us again, we highly encourage you to call us directly at 631-267-8600. Location is great, beach is fabulous, and pool/grounds are lovely. But the room was as basic as it gets, and wasn't either pretty or very comfortable. (It's hit and miss at condo hotels like this one.)
