The quality of the restaurant food was not great (but my wife is a chef) and my remote was held together with a piece of tape. But all in all, I was comfortable and enjoyed my stay.

The Presidential Suite was amazing! Nice view, very comfortable. Spacious. Room service was really good, food was hot and crisp, with quick delivery. All staff were very nice.

Stay was nice and very comfortable. Enjoyed the short walking distances to dining areas and for the night life me and my spouse enjoy. Staff was very nice and always smiling when around them. Would stay again in the future.

We stayed on Friday September 6. I left medication in the room upon leaving Saturday morning. I called Saturday evening at 7 and was met with we cannot help you until Monday morning. I had to COLD TURKEY off of prescription medicine because your weekrnd staff would NOT HELP ME. I was willing to return Sunday morning to pick it up but they would not help me. I had to speak to housekeeping. This is so unhelpful. When I went to pick up my meds tjis morning. Your front desk staff did not want to assist. Forwarded my call to housekeeping that went to voicemail. I drove 2 hours to pick up this med. I had to call back EIGHT times to speak to the front desk again. Do better. You put my health in jeopardy because you either have very lazy and unhelpful staff at the Amarillo location or you habe ludicrous rules that dont allow patrons to receive assistance on the weekends. Which one is it?
