The sofa bed was not comfortable. Could have been cleaner. The hotel next door was better; stayed there driving the other direction.

The trash can at the entrance was full to overflowing, with trash on the ground. Very bad first impression. One of the two elevators was out of service. The door to the bathroom was water damaged at the bottom and would not close. Wallpaper in bathroom was peeling in spots. AC worked ok, but the thermostat was inoperable, even though the instructions said that was how to adjust the temperature. Breakfast was just standard fare ok.

A safe place to sleep but not the best

The staff was friendly and helpful but the condition of the room was dated and in need of repair. Our room was really big, which was nice, but the bathroom door didn’t close properly, the window was broken, one of the doors on the dresser was broken, the elevators weren’t working, etc. it just felt toile the property was overdue for quite a bit of maintenance.

The shower has great water pressure!!! Best hotel shower I’ve had in a long time.

The hotel was nice, clean, and quiet. The desk manager was friendly and courteous. Through Expedia, we had thought that we had asked for a pac and play. However, the hotel had only 2, which were already being used. So, we had to not have one. The lights into our room did not work. In the other room, what we thought was the thermostat turned u out not to control the A/C.
