Our stay was good here and our dogs were welcome. This seems to be an older property and the rooms could use some upgrades. Continental breakfast was good but could have been better.

I had booked this hotel an hour before we arrived. The code that we were given at check-in did not work. Had to call for help to get a new code. There’s no front desk there’s no staff here. Everything is completely automated.The whole building just smelled old and musty. Upon checking into my room, it was very outdated and smelled. There was mold in the shower and hair. The outlet behind the bed stand table to plug in your phone was half pulled out of the wall and didn’t work. The beds are uncomfortable. There was ice and snow on the stairs. It was a complete waste of money to stay here for the night. I will NEVER stay here again.

I did not like that the pictures on website of rooms where fake. The room was horrible, walls were cracked dirty, restrooms moldy, bedding old and didn't feel clean. Furniture was worn out and had stains. Carpet horrible. Our door didn't close properly. Please remove this hotel. It's is so bad and the smell was horrible.

The room was perfectly staged for a warm inviting stay. The activities on the premises were great for my son and I to spend a few hours playing mini golf, connect 4 , pool and darts . We finished the night off listening to some live music at the restaurant connected to the hotel and grabbing a late night snack.

Check in was at 3:00 and arrived at 5:00, had to wait 10 minutes to check in due to the room “not being ready.” We were just told they were understaffed and it wasn’t clean yet. (booked a month in advance, drove 9 hours on the way to vacation) so not entirely awful but very inconvenient due to already driving that long. Also, another person checking in at the same time said they used self check in and someone else was already in their room (it was locked and had luggage on the desk that they could see and staff seemed confused.) Room was older, clearly not remodeled like the lobby. Carpet was old, shower had cracks all in the Sheetrock, etc. Dog friendly which is great but dogs barking all night was annoying. Not a bad experience overall but the room did not look like the pictures. Paid a better price at a quality inn on the way back home and had a better experience.

Beautiful property, they are still remolding the building so some imperfection is expected. Nice staff, lots of activities on the property including putting green, giant corn hole, giant connect 4, indoor pool, darts and a pool table. Would stay here again.

This was our second stay at your establishment. Our first visit, despite ongoing renovations, was highly satisfactory. While this return visit again proved the hotel to be wonderful, despite continued renovations, our room unfortunately suffered from a persistent sewage odor. Furthermore, we note a change in breakfast service; a full breakfast (eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy) now incurs an additional charge, with only a continental breakfast offered complimentary. This is disappointing, and will necessitate our seeking alternative accommodations with inclusive breakfast options.
