No refund, no raincheck
Publié le 29 juin 2022 sur HotelsDue to circumstances beyond our control we were forced to cancel our reservation at the hotel, which we did by telephone four days before our expected arrival. When the hotel refused to refund our prepayment, we asked for a raincheck, which they didn't even answer.

A lovely hotel with friendly staff. The food was lovely at dinner and breakfast. A lovely room and beautiful scenery and walks around the area.

Wonderful hotel and facilities

Peaceful and comfortable
Publié le 23 sept. 2024 sur HotelsWe only stayed one night but found the hotel delightful. We had stayed before but it was approaching 20 years ago. It was good then, but has been improved with well appointed rooms and a new conservatory restaurant overlooking the gardens which are alongside the River Rothay. Dinner was excellent and breakfast was of a good standard too.
