Prima verblijf voor 2 nachten in september
Publié le 16 sept. 2023 sur HotelsWe zijn zeer tevreden met ons verblijf in dit hotel voor 2 nachten in september. Personeel is zeer gedreven en vriendelijk. We hebben er zeer goed gegeten, vooral het uitgebreid assortiment groenten en lekker curry’s maken het top! Aan het hotel geen wilde dieren, maar in het park des te meer rond de waterpartijen. De kamers zijn niet echt ruim en hebben voldoende comfort. Wel geen kluisje of frigo. Temperatuur in september is niet te warm, dus ontbreken van airco was geen probleem.

Customer service was incredible and the room was comfortable. Since our party included two senior citizens with mobility issues, check-in staff gave us a room that was as close to the main entrance/dining area as possible, which was much appreciated.
As I was there during my birthday, my mother had taken some balloons etc to decorate the area around our table and it was a lovely surprise when I turned up in the evening to see how it had all been decked up by the dining room staff. We also enjoyed the all-singing, all-dancing Serena birthday surprise I was given during dinner, which made it an unforgettable birthday.
The food offered in the buffet was tasty and enjoyable.
On our last morning, we realised we had forgotten to order packed lunches so staff in the breakfast room helped us by making improvised packed lunches at short notice - and we would thank them for going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

The facilities of the Hotel are nice, although the parking space is insufficient. Good options for food, very polite staff.

The staff is friendly and nice. I would have gone for all five stars except a couple things - the Expedia reservation did not show up on their system and was a bit of a concern for us after traveling for 4 hours from Nairobi . But the staff handled it well while we had our lunch.
No adapters for charging phone etc. in the room. We ended up using one to charge 5 different devices

In regards to the charging stations in the rooms and adapters, we have these available in the room and it is in our medium term plans to have additional sockets to enable guests charge multiple devices.
