This is a nicely appointed hotel, lovely views from the room and a fantastic rooftop pool. We booked here to stay close to Amer, though it is actually about 10 kms from the fort. If I had paid attention, I’d have rather stayed in the city with many options about the same distance in the other direction from the fort. Stay here for a somewhat secluded stay experience if you like that.
Our experience with the service was mixed. While some of the service was top notch, Restaurant service for tandoor breads was extremely slow (we waited nearly 30 mins, with multiple reminders) and housekeeping was rather terrible with simple requests like replacing tea cups in the room not being serviced despite multiple calls.
The staff did try to make it up to us and make our morning breakfast a good experience. I’d particularly commend Nimesh for his efforts.

Great modern, new hotel with incredible views of the mountains. The staff is cold and service in general is poor. Lost bag, after it went through their security and staff was not very helpful in locating. Interesting that it appeared several hours later after speaking with manager and requesting review of security footage.

전체적으로 무난, 깔끔하나 룸컨디션이 생각보다 별로였음.
샤워실 배수구에 머리카락이 너무 많아 물이 빠지지않았으며 헤어드라이기는 작동하지 않았음.
조식, 석식은 평범. 서비스는 그럭저럭.
출장으로 온다면 나쁘지않으나 가족단위는 글쌔...

Did not meet expectations
Publié le 23 déc. 2023 sur HotelsRoom very humid and with unpleasant smell. Shampoo and soap not replaced during the cleaning. We were charged 450 rupees for a bottle of water despite the waiter told us that our rate included soft drinks and water. Definitely not a 5 stars hotel, very disappointing.
