The hotel staff had no information regarding our booking.exoedia dis not send them any documentation about our booking and we had to fwd the email from expedia regarding our booking.

Pour : Staff was friendly and professional. Very helpful.
Contre : The Wifi is not the best. If that could be improved, this place would outstanding.
Emplacement : The location is out of the way, which I feel is part of the charm. It is a real escape from the noise & hustle of the city. Taxi is easy to arrange.
New and Lovely Hotel! Excellent service, comfortable rooms and bed. Very clean. Beautiful pool. We loved staying here. Really enjoyed the peaceful quiet here. No horns etc. The entire staff was professional, thoughtful and pleasant. If you are looking for a stay in Jaipur, this is the place you want to go.
