Awful stay at the double tree hotel in napa. The hotel is more of a 2 stars rather than a 4. The bedroom was not clean at all. There were no sun beds by the pool and the service was extremely slow. No restaurant open for lunch or dinner, and nor bar open either. This made us feel like we were at a weird camping site by a motorway. Will never stay there again. One of my belongings was also lost by the housekeeper which was extremely infuriating.

The property is run down, furniture in our room was banged up, seats were worn through. We didn’t expect it to be the fanciest place, but it just seems past its prime

Property was ok,battery in the smoke alarm went out at 1am causing a loud repetitive chirping, the front desk couldn’t fix it until the next day, so it caused a restless night for my family. To be fair, they offered to move us to a different room at 2am, which seemed like a worse idea.

The room has a weird smell, sheets had obvious stains, the bathroom door wouldn't fully close (so the lock was basically useless), and there was a giant crack in the wall by the headboard of one of the beds. The staff was wonderful and very helpful, but the rooms could use some better upkeep.
