This place is as spartan and minimalist as they come. Not even a coffee brewer in the room (or the entire building for that matter). The place is pet friendly but good luck finding a place to take a dog for a walk. As there is nothing for a dog to damage, not sure what the pet fee is for. The person moving furniture in the room above us from 3-4 AM capped the experience off and we were glad to leave without a backward glance.

When I checked in, they have let me know that there was a water issue, but it was being fixed and it would be on in a few hours. It never came back on. 18 hours later without a shower or the ability to use the bathroom or brush the teeth, I checked out and checked into a different hotel. The staff was nice enough, but you cannot get ahold of anybody or even check out before 10 because the reception area is completely closed. I am still waiting for my refund for the two days that I could not stay there because there was no water.

One thing I liked was leaving and getting out of there.
This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The noise was terrible from the ac unit and with dogs barking and people slamming doors all hours of the night.
I think there is people actually living at the property
I would rate this at a -10
