A truly unique property with a commanding view of the water and American River township. The host was amiable, the rooms were spotless, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I’d recommend this for anyone wanting a quiet and peaceful retreat…

We loved walking up to the birds singing and the beautiful sky. The place offers a great view. The Glossy Black Restaurant was delicious and within walking distance.

Our hosts were there for us, start to finish! Great local knowledge but unobtrusive. The accommodation is first rate and fully kitted out. Nothing in the kitchen is missing for whatever your self-catering needs. And with views of the bay throughout the day to make you get out the camera or just sit on the wraparound balcony and look.

And the location of this place was perfect for our travels around on the island.
Very spacious apartment. Very well equipped kitchen and bathroom. A clear and conscious environmental idea was oozing through the whole place - live in and with nature.
Can only wholeheartedly recommend

Thank you for your generous review. It is a pleasure to have guests note the little things we have done mostly from how we places we stay. The Island is not like a major capital city in there are hidden gems to be found plus having a lot more room in an apartment for longer stays is better.
