Pretty much run down place. The worst Hampton Inn I have stayed in. The staff were very nice. But the rooms were very sub par.

The check in process was simple we arrived early and they checked us in right away, that is where the descent experience ended. The room was very underwhelming, i upgraded to king suite for the use of the jacuzzi tub for my wife. The tub was in bad shape they did repairs to the tiling around the tub but, the repairs were very visible chaulking and tile separation were in plain view as soon as you walked in. The bathroom had mold and mildew on the cieling as well and in the shower around the safely bar, the carpet was ild and over cleaned because you could smell the wet carpet odor as soon as you walked in. The whole experience was just not good, i booked this room because my wife and I have stayed at Hampton and other Hilton hotels numerous times and i have become accustom to their accommodations but, this hotel in Americus was just not in par with Hiltons reputation. I tried contacting Hilton but because i used a thrid party to book the trip I have no recourse with them. I alos took videos to actually back up what i am saying.
