We had to wait approx 5 minutes for a member of staff to speak to us when we went down for breakfast on Sunday.
Although it didn't affect us personally, I think the fact that there was a step down into the room from the door, and another steeper step into the bathroom should have been mentioned prior to booking. It could have been difficult/ dangerous for elderly people with any mobility issues.

Lovely friendly locals’ pub. Staff welcoming and food amazing. Both the stay and food were great value. I shall visit again.

A lovely find. We arrived late but the super friendly staff rustled up two delicious pizzas (well worth a try😀) Breakfast was lovely and makes you think we missed out on the main menu by being late. Our room was clean but a tad tired. That said it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. A nice quiet location. Give it a go, you won’t regret it!

Publié le 16 juin 2024 sur HotelsWe stayed one night as a couple. The room was a little tired and could do with updating. However, it was clean and the bedding and towels were spotless and fresh. The bathroom was also cleaned to a high standard and a variety of toiletries were supplied.
There was plenty of tea and coffee, biscuits etc in the room and these were very welcome.
We ate in the restaurant in the evening and our meals were excellent. Breakfast was also to a very high standard.
Overall, very good value for money.

Basic room but great food and friendly service.
