An older building but well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean room. Everything we needed for a 1-night stay in Ames at a great price. Will definitely stay here again!

Property is obviously being worked on, so I’m hopeful for future stays. Currently, the beds are not comfortable at all.

An older place but very clean and theres a pool table in the pool area. The front desk even had change so we had a good time

I could not connect to the Internet my room. They need a stronger Wi-Fi signal. I could connect in the hallway, but that didn't really help me 🙁

Hi Janine, We changed Internet provider and increased speed to 1GB, We are going to add more AP's in hallway for better connectivity. We are again sorry for internet issue.
