With the nice weather that Iowa is still having it was disappointing seeing that the fire pit was already wrapped up for winter and not able to be used. Every time we went to the pool we had to ask for more towels, and then staff would only bring in like 6-8 towels. and on Sunday morning I went back to the pool to find again no towels and went to the front desk. Talked to others that had waited over 30 minutes for staff to show up (it was 7:40 AM) and breakfast was not ready. Breakfast doors did not open up until well after 8:30. This was a huge disappointment. Not sure who didn't show up but there were alot of staff that lacked on Sunday morning. But to have no one available for over 1 hour after calling the front desk, ringing the front desk bell, just not acceptable.

This place has been rode hard! Maybe only slightly better than sleeping in an alley,
The mens bathroom had feces smeared on the toilet and floor, and no one around to clean it up.
Whoever owns this place should sell it, and get a job at Walmart in the shopping cart return department.

The pillows were like pancakes, the refrigeration didnt work, and it was a bit musty. The staff were nice, the shower pressure was good, the breakfast was average, the pool and hot tub were good, and it was quite.
