Deborah was awesome! Rooms were nice and clean, comfy bed/pillows. They seemed like they were recently remodeled and nice. AC unit old and very noisy and inefficient. Overpriced for the quality and location on very noisy and busy street. Property not well maintained and trash and weeds all around the property. Breakfast was a joke-looked like they ran to a local convenience store to grab something. Need to update and upgrade the breakfast.

Customer Service

Customer Service was not good. Never had to ever put down a deposit. Then she had an attitude when checking us in.

AC in room did not work. Front desk person was not very attentive.

If all you need is a place to sleep.....

The rooms were good, clean, and updated. But shower water pressure was a little more than a dribble. Air conditioner died on 1st day, room was upper 80s when we got back from a long day in the sun. The continental breakfast was the worst i have ever seen, and i travel A LOT. Bread was days old, the gravy was never changed out in two days sitting in a broken crockpot, eggs are frozen patties, etc. Good: very near blue 3 bus line that goes straight to the University, good price for the area. lots of restaurants and shopping near by. If you are in town to catch a game, or move kids in or out of ISU it is serviceable.

Don’t judge a book by its cover

The outside of the building could use a refresh but the rooms were newly remodeled and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Overnight stay

Wr stayed here to sleep - late night arrival for an overnight rest before family gathering preceding funeral. Inexpensive and close to destination were criteria for choice. We chose 2 separate single rooms. Clean and comfortable beds were nice. Since both of our rooms were "adjoining" another room with unknown occupants, the arrangement was slightly unusual. My experience of waking at 4 am to very loud screaming turned out to be a horror movie playing at full volume in the adjoining room. So goes the learning curve...note to self - make sure adjoining room is occupied by the rest of my travel group!
