Great place to stay, doing some renovation's but other than that great staff clean room

They certainly took less concern of someone who booked through Expedia. Had to move to another hotel. Then back again.

I am sincerely sorry for the experience you encountered at our property. This was an unforeseen situation during a near city wide sell out and we handled it to the best of our ability while making sure you had the lodging needs met. I understand this was an inconvenience and again, I apologize. All our guests are very important and are goal is for everyone to have a great experience when they visit us. I do hope you will give us another chance in the future.

Room cleaning seemed very rushed—food in the kitchenette sink, hairs around the bathroom sink, lightbulbs burnt out.
