Personnel de chambre n'est pas passé 1 journée sur notre séjour. Sans raison, produits de bain pour une seul personne à chaque fois malgré mes demandes. Personnel à la recherche d'un pourboire au lieu de rendre service. Je n'ai pas apprécié l'état d'esprit d'une grande partie du personnel. Je déconseille vivement le lounge, petit déjeuner moins bien fourni que pour une chambre standard. Et sans intérêt. Prix d'un 5 étoiles et service d'un petit 4 étoiles...

C'est un tres bel hotel a la decoration moderne et soignee. En revanche il est tres froid. La piscine etait fermee et donc il n'y avait aucun endroit ou s'assoir a l'exterieur. La chambre etait tres bien, mais les vitres n'etaient pas nettoyees a l'exterieur, c'est a peune si on voyait dehors!

Établissement de haut standing, service irréprochable, propreté impeccable. Le périt déjeuner est excellent et très très divers . Le personnel est aux petits soins et à votre service entièrement.

Absolument parfait! Le personnel est aux petits soins et l'hôtel est magnifique. Mention spéciale pour la salle du petit déjeuner qui est superbe, toit comme le petit déjeuner d'ailleurs!

Excellente option à amman. Une très belle vue depuis la plupart des chambres (peut être toutes d ailleurs?) Dommage qu'il n y ait pas de piscine intérieure

The property is very nice the location is amazing the rooms are clean and nice the reception is small take long time to check in they have nice lounge in the sixth floor but if you go the there be careful with the bill they add prices so you have to be careful they cheat I noticed some customers complain about that
