Publié le 14 avr. 2015 sur HotelsRoom was clean - room housekeeping is done quite early in the morning. Bathroom needs some scrubbing in the corners since there was mould. A few stains on the floor and walls.
Wasn't able to choose non-smoking room on your site, so I thought they would ask me upon arrival, but didn't. Being a bit sensitive to cigarette smell, the mattress reeked of tobacco a bit, which bothered me the first night...
Helpful and friendly staff.
Disappointing breakfast: flat bread was served cold, za'atar croissants very dry as well as mini muffins, and hummus was tasteless (more lemon and spice needed, and olive oil).
I also experienced manicure (fast and efficient girl) and spa (a bit confined, I didn't stay long - I wouldn't recommend it if you're claustrophobic).
4th floor room and I could hear the music from the lounge (8th floor) but it didn't bother me... my noisy neighbours did, they spoke very loud.
Loved the location (very peaceful and quiet, and safe). Close to one of my friend's home. Far from the city centre, though, if you're interested in more lively surroundings...
Hope my review helps, and if it is forwarded to the hotel management, I'd like them to consider my advice as it is - advice... rather than complaints. Thank you.

Generally ok however more restaurants sitting areas swimming pool with warm water are highly recommended
