Had a two night stay here as part of a bigger trip around Jordan. Hotel is very beautiful, finished to a high standard and frequented by the rich and famous of Amman. The pool area was great but there were preparations for a large event so closed earlier. The room was lovely but day one only hot water and day two only freezing cold! The maintenance fixed the issue but there was nothing forthcoming by way of apology or compensation which seemed inconsistent with a 5* prestigious hotel. After commenting on this the manager offered 20JOD… We subsequently stayed at the Fairmont opposite on the last night and can highly recommend this for stunning rooms, incredible personal service and the most out of this world Asian restaurant.

The manger was good check in staff was helpful Dining staff was rude raciest and very unprofessional the supervisor was not helpful at all I told her of what happened and she was like it’s fine I told I’m put a bad review and she was it’s okay no customer service at all very bad with customers, it’s a horrible experience to deal with employees that can’t take care of a customer I don’t think its worth the money.

This property is absolutely incredible. Every single detail is thought of. The room's are spacious, beautiful and clean. The service from all staff is exceptional. Would easily and happily stay here again.
