Unsafe and dirty place.

The bedsheets and covers were dirty and had hair on them. They did not change the sheets and covers. I felt itchy skin when I woke up. In addition, the door to the room was broken from the lock and the door could not be locked. It looks like it was broken by a theft. The place is not safe and not comfortable. I strongly advise you to look for another place.

They tried to double charge

Nasty experience. First they tried to double charge. We really had to negotiate loudly because everything was paid in advance and they didn’t believe. Next hassle. no breakfast. No restaurant. We paid for better room because of free breakfasti. They didn’t believe again. Pure bullsh..t. Next. shower drainage didn’t work. We also need to ask towels twice to get those. GoogleMaps address didn’t match the location and phone number didn’t work. Hotel name was also a bit different. This makes me think why they have almost everything wrong in hotels.com info. Wifi worked. Points for that. All travellers stay out of this place!!
