In the commune of Amorots-Succos, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offer you this charming 200 m² house with mountain views and swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. It features a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). You'll also enjoy a 300 m² garden! Wifi, bed linen included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
First floor
- 45 m² living room, dining area, 13 m² terrace access (table and chairs)
- Fully-equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Sleeping area: with double sofa bed and TV
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) with wardrobe
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) with wardrobe

- Sleeping area: with 1 double sofa bed

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, iron.

- An unheated swimming pool, secured by a fence, curtain cover, open from June 1 to September 30 (weather permitting), with sun loungers
- 300 m² private enclosed garden with furniture
- A 10 m² terrace with table and chairs by the pool to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Amorots-Succos, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Renowned as a nature destination, this region abounds in beautiful landscapes and breathtaking vistas! It's an ideal place for those who love discovery, and you'll have the chance to explore the local paths on foot or by bike, using the many hiking trails in the canton or the mountains of the Basque Country, just a few minutes away by car.
If you'd like to explore the region, take a 1-hour drive along the coast to Bidart, Anglet, Biarritz... and their famous beaches, where surfing and a festive atmosphere go hand in hand!

If you choose to come by car, free parking is available in front of the house.

- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
