My parents loved the comfort,,, and they rested well !
There was so fuss at all and was super easy to book from overseas,, thankyou Expedia and hotel staff for making their stay such a pleasure !

It was a bad experience

They are dealing with different websites bt most of them showing a car parking there but it was located in a small street

Good budget hotel
Publié le 20 févr. 2018 sur HotelsHotel is located very near to Golden Temple. If you are having your vehicle then this hotel is big no. Rooms don't have hot water and they serve very limited menu. Choose if you want to stay close to Golden Temple.

The room type i paid for not given to my parents.

I paid for a super delux room with all amenities for my parents. However, my parents were forced into a very small room and the staff refused to help.
The room had dirty toilets, torn blankets and no space to even walk around

Positive - Closeness to golden temple, staff was helpful (except agreeing to request for extended check out)
Negative - Situated in very congested lane, Towels were wet and handle in bathroom was broken making it tough to Open from inside. Wifi did not work. We had our return train delayed by more than 8 hours. Extended check out request was not allowed, unless we pay full day charge, even though hotel did not look to be fully booked.

Great for a short stay
Publié le 29 sept. 2017 sur HotelsThis hotel is in a great location as it is a 5 minute walk to the Golden Temple which was the main reason for our visit. However if you are looking for luxury it's not great and the room was very small. It is fine for two nights but not long term.
